Implementation of the Week
- Complete PPC Tracking Dashboard via CRM // Analytics
- Pay per click (PPC) advertising can be a valuable tool for increasing your Lead flow and reach
- However, it is extremely important to properly track the return on ad spend for these Leads, to ensure that you are actually making money on the effort
- Because PPC data is oftentimes primarily stored on the advertising platform (Facebook, Google) it can be tricky to attribute your revenue back to the original source
- In this implementation, we pulled Facebook and Google data directly into Zoho Analytics
- Then, UTM parameter tracking was enabled for all forms on the clients website to capture the PPC source information into the CRM
- Next, SQL tables were created to coalesce Facebook and Google PPC data with the resultant Leads
- Lastly, a dashboard was created to house multiple reports/charts visualizing the spend data against the inbound Leads generated, and revenue closed
Code Share of the Week
- Fetch Stock Information for a Zoho Finance Item Via Deluge
- Zoho Inventory displays stock-on-hand information for items on the item details screen.
- These values can also be fetched via deluge as part of the details of an item.
