Implementation of the Week
- Scheduled Sync Integration of Zoho Subscriptions and Totango via Zoho Analytics
- In this implementation, the goal was to surface Customer Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) automatically in a 3rd party platform, Totango
- First, myriad Subscription Services were summed up for each Customer using Zoho Analytics
- Then, we created a scheduled function in Zoho to reference the custom data table in ZAnalytics
- Lastly, we reformat the returned JSON data to a format accepted by Totango, and use an OAUTH connection to update the Totango Customer Accounts accordingly
