- Product Sample Management via Zoho CRM + Inventory
- Oftentimes, sample products will be sent as part of the sales process in the CRM
- To be able to benefit from the workflow management and approval process in CRM, this can be done via a custom module entry with a subform for tracking the specific products
- This subform can reference a specific table of Products that are “available for sampling”
- Upon approval of the Sample record, a Deluge function triggers to convert this to a Sales Order in Inventory with a $0 value for each product, and an identifier marking it as a sample order
