- Zoho Finance Partners with HSBC
- Still no update yet on Chase or any other major broken bank feed, but if you are in Europe this is now a direct connection for those using HSBC.
- ZeptoMail Introduces Auto top-up, suppression list and more
- Some big improvements in this batch of updates for ZeptoMail, great job to the team on all of these new features.
Implementation of the Week
- CRM/Campaigns – Automated Topic Assignment via CRM Tags
- This is built in the new CRM/Campaigns sync, which requires the usage of Topics for including Contacts in mailings
- First, we set up fields in the Contacts (Tags, in this case) that we will use to define with which topics a contact should be associated
- Then, sync All Contacts into a master Mailing List via the new sync methodology
- Last, we use a Campaigns Workflow (often used for automated emails/SMS, but they can be used for MUCH more) to sort the Contacts by Tags and associate them with the proper Topics
