- Chase this week decided to stop bank feeds to Zoho Book until their software is updated which Zoho uses Yodlee. If you use Chase you will need to manually insert your feeds. All we know is that they are actively working on fixing it.

- Automated Project Generation via CRM Workflow and Custom Module
- Oftentimes, we set up the CRM to auto-create Projects in specific Templates based on CRM Deal data
- However, sometimes, the rules to select Templates are more complicated
- In this case, the team built a custom module lining up Products with additional conditions per product (each Product could require a different Template, based on other Deal conditions)
- On Deal update to Closed Won, related Products collected via function and compared to custom “Project Rules” module
- Function runs in a pre-defined hierarchy to determine Project Template required
