- Oftentimes, clients ask us to help them automate proposal generation
- Sometimes, they’re looking to personalize the proposal by including the client’s logo, dynamically merged from the CRM data (stored as a Record Image)
- CRM Workflows can be used to upload a Record Image (logo) to Workdrive and generate a direct download public URL for the image
- This image URL writes itself back to the CRM Account, and can then be used via the native merge to pull into Mail Merges
