    • Zoho Desk can be used to track work hours against requests
    • On-time entry addition, Zoho Desk can write to the CRM version of the time entry to the relevant CRM Account
    • Scheduled functions run in CRM to pull in all purchased support hours via Zoho Book invoices to CRM Account
    • CRM time entries are added then deprecate from purchased hours. Once hours are low or zero, auto-reminders sent to the Customer
