- CRM Custom Related List for Package Item Visibility
- In the CRM, the default Finance integration allows users to view Package records in the CRM
- However, the Packages cannot be opened in the CRM to see the specific Products within
- Using a custom XML related list, we can pull in Package Items to the CRM Contact record, and group them by Sales Order number
- This list can display the Shipment status, tracking number, and serial number for every Package item
