  • Zoho Desk Ticket Auto-assignment by CRM Account Owner
    • Oftentimes, once a new client is onboarded (post CRM Deal), they are assigned a specific Customer Success/Support Representative
    • We’ve found that, for many Zoho users, the CRM is the most organic place to do this assignment
    • On creation of a Desk Ticket, a Deluge function is triggered to fetch the CRM version of the Account/Company associated with the Ticket
    • From here, we can identify the User in the Account Owner field (or, a different user look-up)
    • Using the CRM User Data, we can fetch the Desk version of that User, and assign them to the ticket
