  • Zoho Cliq Bot – Zoom-E
    • Created a bot to check on a user’s Zoom Status.
    • When a user is mentioned to the bot, the bot uses an API connection with Zoom to return the mentioned user’s current status. 
    • If the user is unavailable, a database record is created inside cliq with the email of who should be notified and who they should be notified about.
    • A webhook is set up in Zoom to send a payload to the Cliq Bot whenever a user’s status is changed. If the user’s status has changed to “available” then the bot pulls all the database records that mention the user and send messages to the Cliq users who originally queried them.
