- Zoho Sign/Forms Integrated Workflow for CRM Data Capture
- For this client use-case, once a new CRM Contact is created, multiple ZSign documents, in addition to Form data, needs to be collected
- Previous process was to send an email with 6 different links to new Contact
- Using ZForms – ZSign integration, and selective redirects, one link can be provided to the Contact which walks them through the full process end-to-end
- All submitted ZSign and ZForm data written to CRM Contact, and stored as attachments when necessary
