Zoho Forms custom integration to upload included attachments dynamically to Lead or Contact records
- Zoho Forms has a direct integration to CRM that can upload attachments, but it can only tie to one module (Leads OR Contact)
- Forms can be integrated via Zoho Flow to check against Leads and/or Contacts, but Zoho Flow cannot process attachments
- CRM custom module created for the Form integration. This module captures all fields and attachments
- On creation of a record in this custom module, we use a Deluge function to search Leads and Contacts for a matching entry, then move the attachments from the custom module to this record
