  • Zoho CRM Deal Fall-off Reporting via Zoho Analytics
    • Zoho Analytics Connector pulls in default Zoho CRM Deal Stage History 
    • This raw data can be used to calculate stage velocity values, but not data around specific stage falloff
    • In this case, an analytics query table was built to pull, for each Deal, the stage that came directly before the current stage
    • This allows us to run reports on the specific stage a Deal was in before being moved to Closed Lost, to identify weak-points in a sales funnel
