- Zoho CRM Auto notification to Contact and Contact Owner when Contact reaches a certain age (based on Date of Birth field)

- You can set up workflows based on date fields (ex: 1 day/week/month after the date in a field), but you cannot schedule these more than 24 months after the date value
- However, there are many times when we may want a reminder at a date more than 2 years following the value in a date field (ex: Contact’s 21st birthday, 5 year anniversary of Customer onboarding, etc)
- Using Zoho CRM’s COQL (CRM Object Query Language) in Deluge, we can selectively retrieve those customers on a daily basis that match date-related criteria, and triggers emails, tasks, or other notifications to team members
