- Zoho CRM – Role Specific Email Mapping to Account Record
- Generally, email addresses are stored at the Contact level in the CRM, rather than in the Account
- Sometimes, you may want to trigger an email notification to a certain email address based on an action in the Account
- Ex: Once the Account is defined as a customer, send an email template to their Billing Department email address
- Automation put in place where based on the Contact Type definition of a Contact, that Contact email is written into the Account into a specific email field for that role
