- This provides administrators with better tools to enforce password security, IP restrictions, and other policies.

Implementation of the Week
- Zoho CRM – Zoho Workdrive Integration through Flow for custom external sharing links
- Workflow trigger set up in Zoho CRM to post a webhook to Zoho Flow upon a Deal reaching a predetermined Stage
- This outbound webhook triggers a Flow to create an externally shareable Workdrive folder within a specific team folder, named the same as the Deal record
- Flow then copies the new shareable link from the external Workdrive folder and writes it back into a predefined field in the Deal record
- This link can be accessed by users within the Deal, as well as added as a merge field to email templates to be sent out to customers
