  • 4 new updates, including the ability to sync Templates with Zoho Sprints.  
• Zoho Directory Integration with CRM
  • This provides administrators with better tools to enforce password security, IP restrictions, and other policies. 
  • It also now has its own section on the setup page.

• Zoho Subscriptions’ Gets a Major iOS App Update
  • 6 new iPhone features and an additional 3 for iPad.

  • A bunch of updates for both iOS and Android
• Sign In with Apple is comes to CRM and DESK
  • Pretty sure all apps will have this soon enough.

Implementation of the Week

• Zoho CRM – Zoho Workdrive Integration through Flow for custom external sharing links
  • Workflow trigger set up in Zoho CRM to post a webhook to Zoho Flow upon a Deal reaching a predetermined Stage
  • This outbound webhook triggers a Flow to create an externally shareable Workdrive folder within a specific team folder, named the same as the Deal record
  • Flow then copies the new shareable link from the external Workdrive folder and writes it back into a predefined field in the Deal record
  • This link can be accessed by users within the Deal, as well as added as a merge field to email templates to be sent out to customers
