    • Use UAQs Adding More Solutions To Your Database
      • The UAQ section allows you to collect all the questions asked by users that the answer bot was unable to answer. This allows you to add more answers to your bot in the future based on unanswered questions.

Implementation of the Week

  • Zoom Webinar Registration and Attendance Data to Zoho CRM
    • From the Zoom Developer space, two webhooks were set up to go to Zoho Flow: one for when someone registers for a webinar and another for when someone joins a webinar.
    • The flow fetches a CRM contact or lead based on email or creates one if none are found.
    • The flow attaches the contact to a CRM campaign based on the Topic Name of the Webinar. If no campaign exists, the campaign is created.
    • Depending on which webhook was called, the contact’s member status in the campaign is set to “Registered” or “Attended”

  • Have Consumers Changed Character for Keeps? Not So Fast – by Denis Pombriant for CRM Buyer
    • Personally, I think we will return to 99% of our old habits within the year.  But I do love this quote from the article:
    • “From the Dr. Obvious department, we learn that 43 percent didn’t miss commuting; and the bureau of too much information reports that 30 percent said they didn’t miss getting dressed or professional grooming, while 14 percent said they had been partially naked on a work Zoom call. Let’s just attribute this to boredom. Please.”
