Maximize the engagement with your shop by utilizing Zoho’s affiliate and loyalty program tool, Zoho Thrive. This application allows shop owners to connect their Wix, Shopify, Zoho Commerce, or custom sites to Zoho’s performance based marketing platform. In this product overview we touch on how to integrate Thrive with your shop (Shopify), do a complete run through of the features within thrive, touch on the settings, and review the Zoho Integrations.

Integrating Zoho Thrive with your Shop

When you first enter Zoho Thrive, you will be prompted to connect to your shop. Let’s take a look at what the Shopify integration looks like.

  1. Connect Shopify Store:
    • Go to Shopify and create an app under “App and Sales Channels”.
    • Under Develop Apps choose “Create an app”
    • Name the app (e.g., “Thrive Connection”).
    • Allow access to the Shopify store by checking all necessary permissions.
  2. Retrieve API Credentials:
    • Get your API key and secret key from Shopify.
    • Copy and paste these into the Zoho Thrive Shopify connector.
    • Provide the store name and URL.
  3. Install Token:
    • Generate and reveal the token.
    • Copy and paste the token into Zoho Thrive.
  4. Handle Connection Errors:
    • Ensure the store URL is correct, including “myshopify.com” if redirected to a custom domain.

Product Overview

  • PayPal Integration:
    • Currently, PayPal is the only available option for processing affiliate payouts.
    • Connect your PayPal account to Zoho Thrive to automate and manage payments to your affiliates.

Brands

This allows you to create segments and run campaigns based on loyalty and affiliate data.

Zoho Marketing Automation:

Integrating with Zoho Marketing Automation allows you to automate marketing workflows using loyalty and affiliate data, which helps in nurturing leads and retaining customers. To set this up, connect Zoho Thrive with Zoho Marketing Automation and define triggers and actions based on loyalty program activities and affiliate sign-ups.

Zoho Bigin:

For small businesses, integrating Zoho Thrive with Zoho Bigin helps manage loyalty and affiliate program data within a simplified CRM. Connect Zoho Thrive to Zoho Bigin and add the required custom fields to ensure data synchronization.

Zoho Books (Upcoming):

The upcoming integration with Zoho Books should enable you to manage financial transactions related to affiliate payouts within your accounting software. This integration should allow you to track affiliate commissions and payouts directly in Zoho Books.
