Getting Started

Zoho Social offers a simple setup process, allowing you to connect your social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and Google My Business. The platform supports single sign-on (SSO), making it easy to switch between your Zoho accounts.

During the initial setup, you can also configure your brand settings, such as the logo and color scheme, ensuring a consistent brand identity across your social media channels. Additionally, Zoho Social enables you to set up multiple brands, allowing you to manage various accounts from one central location.

Also, in the settings, you will find roles and permissions, where you can define your various team members abilities within the app. These include permission settings to publish posts/messages, comments/replies, advanced reports, and leads data.

Posts & Message Modules

Zoho Social’s post features allow you to create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms from one location. The platform’s built-in editor provides a user-friendly interface for crafting engaging posts with images, videos, and link previews. Within it, you can also create hashtag groups and use the @ to quickly look up users to tag.

Within the Post Module, you can manage all published, scheduled, draft, and posts needing approval from one location. Additionally, the content calendar provides an overview of your scheduled posts, making it easy to visualize and plan your social media strategy.

Zoho Social also includes a comprehensive messaging system, enabling you to manage and respond to your audience’s messages and comments. The unified inbox allows you to view and manage all messages from different platforms in one place, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to engage with your customers. Additionally, it provides tools to add contact information and collaborate with team members on message responses as well.

Monitor, Connections, & Collaborate Modules

The Monitor module in Zoho Social enables you to track mentions, keywords, and hashtags across various channels. You can create custom monitoring columns and set up real-time notifications, ensuring you stay on top of trends and respond to customer inquiries promptly.

The Connections module allows you to manage your followers and contacts. This section gives you a great snapshot of who is most engaged with your various platforms. It also lets you monitor and manage unwanted users allowing you to report or block them.

The Collaborate module is perfect for teams working together on social media management. It enables team members to discuss, plan, and coordinate their efforts while ensuring everyone stays on the same page. With the ability to assign tasks, roles, and permissions, you can ensure that each team member contributes effectively to your overall social media strategy. In this module, all of the various elements you might want to collaborate on has their own board.

Reports & Lead Forms

Zoho Social offers in-depth reporting tools to help you understand your audience and the performance of your social media campaigns. The platform provides customizable reports, allowing you to track metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions. Advanced analytics features include sentiment analysis, which helps you gauge your audience’s perception of your brand, and competitor analysis, allowing you to compare your performance against your competitors.

Additionally, Zoho Social’s lead forms feature enables you to capture leads directly from your social media channels. You can create custom forms and embed them in your posts, making it even easier to connect with potential customers.

Pricing & Plans

Zoho Social offers a variety of pricing plans to accommodate businesses of all sizes. The Free plan provides basic social media management features, while the Standard, Professional, and Enterprise plans offer more advanced features, such as team collaboration, custom reporting, and lead forms. Prices range from $10 to $300 per month, depending on the plan. If you are an agency, Zoho also has a special Agency plan as well.
