Zoho Workerly earns a “Probably” from us because it fills a very specific need—temporary staffing—and does it well. The UI is clean, scheduling is intuitive, and the real-time communication between temps and agencies is a game-changer for many of our clients.
However, the absence of native payroll integration can be a hurdle for agencies looking for an all-in-one HR and payroll suite. That said, if you're using a separate payroll tool or integrating through a third-party solution like Zoho Books or an external API, this won’t be a deal-breaker.
