- Lead Management & Automation: Leads submitted through Zoho Forms automatically generated related contacts, accounts, and deals using a custom “Convert Lead” button—eliminating data re-entry and ensuring consistent record creation.
- Deal & Project Integration: When a deal was won, Zenatta’s automation instantly created a Zoho Project, populated all client data, and synced contract and billing details. Signed contracts were uploaded directly to the related WorkDrive folder.
- Invoice & Billing Automation: The system automatically generated the first client invoice upon deal closure, reducing billing delays and improving cash flow tracking through Zoho Books.
- WorkDrive Document Management: Zenatta built a standardized folder generation system in WorkDrive for each account and deal, complete with customizable subfolders and pre-linked templates for organized file storage.
- Zoho Flow Integrations: Automated key data flows—such as contract uploads, onboarding forms, and workflow triggers—between CRM, Projects, and WorkDrive to eliminate repetitive manual updates.
