Why we rate it "Probably"
We give Zoho Marketing Automation a “Probably” rating because it offers a lot of value if you are committed to working primarily within the Zoho ecosystem. The platform covers most needs—email campaigns, behavior-based automations, lead scoring, and SMS outreach—with excellent CRM integrations.
That said, when compared to standalone marketing automation giants, Zoho’s offering can sometimes feel less feature-rich or less polished, particularly in areas like in-depth reporting, dynamic segmentation, and third-party app integrations.
