Executive Summary

Innovate Coach Consult (ICC) provides scalable technology solutions for remote workforces, delivering measurable ROI in leadership development and executive coaching. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, ICC serves clients nationwide.
The Challenge
ICC purchased Zoho One with the intention of relying on Zoho’s support team. However, response times were slow, and limited support prevented ICC from fully using the platform. To move forward, ICC partnered with Zenatta for a tailored Zoho One implementation.
Implementation
After discovery calls, both teams identified Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Analytics as initial priorities. But ICC quickly realized that Zoho Recruit was too complex for their needs. They required a simplified solution with select recruiting features.
Zenatta used Zoho Creator to build a custom app that mirrored key Recruit components without the overhead. This app synced with Zoho CRM and included automated notifications. From there, Zenatta developed two more Creator apps:
- Resume Builder – A form-based app that auto-generated resumes.
- New Hire Training Manager – A lightweight project management tool modeled after Zoho Learn, enabling employers to assign training, monitor progress, and control content.
To unify operations, Zenatta connected all three Creator apps directly with Zoho CRM. Finally, Zenatta collaborated with ICC to design advanced reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics, saving significant time and costs. One dashboard alone eliminated $15,000 annually in redundant technology and cut reporting efforts by up to 20 hours per month.
Results
With three custom Creator apps integrated into CRM and Analytics, ICC gained streamlined workflows, stronger reporting, and scalable processes.
They have been absolutely fantastic. It is rare that people listen and get it the first time you say it. I can only imagine the things we can accomplish because of Zenatta. The Zenatta team have truly been a pleasure to work with. Zenatta does what they say they are going to do and that is rare.
