The Challenge

ICC purchased Zoho One with the intention of relying on Zoho’s support team for implementation and ongoing guidance. However, response times were slow and the team did not have the hands-on help needed to configure the platform around their processes.

ICC needed a system that could support candidate intake, resume generation, and new hire training workflows—without adding heavy administrative overhead. To move forward quickly and build the right-fit solution, ICC partnered with Zenatta.

Why It Mattered

ICC’s services depend on repeatable processes that scale across client organizations. Without a reliable system to manage candidate data, generate standardized documents, and track training progress, teams risked spending time on manual coordination instead of delivering value through coaching and leadership programs.

ICC also needed robust reporting that could replace redundant tools and reduce the hours spent building monthly reports for internal and client stakeholders.

The Zenatta Solution

After discovery calls, Zenatta and ICC identified Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Analytics as initial priorities. ICC quickly found Zoho Recruit was too complex for their needs, so Zenatta designed a simplified approach using Zoho Creator—delivering the right recruiting features without the overhead.

• Custom Recruiting App (Creator + CRM Sync): Built a custom Creator app that mirrored the key components of Zoho Recruit while staying lightweight and easy to use. The app synced with Zoho CRM and included automated notifications.
• Resume Builder App: Created a form-based Creator app that automatically generated resumes, reducing manual formatting and enabling consistent output.
• New Hire Training Manager: Developed a lightweight training and task management tool modeled after Zoho Learn, allowing employers to assign training, monitor progress, and manage content access.
• Unified Operations with CRM as the Hub: Connected all three Creator apps directly to Zoho CRM so records, status changes, and communications flowed through one system.
• Analytics Dashboards & Cost Reduction: Collaborated with ICC to build advanced Zoho Analytics dashboards and reporting. One dashboard eliminated $15,000 per year in redundant technology and reduced reporting efforts by up to 20 hours per month (per client feedback).
• Document Automation (Forms + Writer): Supported merge document automation based on Zoho Forms and Zoho Writer to streamline document generation and standardize output across programs.
