You’re not going to want to miss this great tip! Within the Zoho Campaigns topics, there are some important settings to configure before sending out a campaign. Wayne walks us through how to edit the footer so that it better fits your business. As well as, customizing the topic settings so that your branding is at the forefront of your campaign topic pages.
Customizing the Default Zoho Campaigns Footer
When creating your campaigns you will want to edit the footer within the settings. If you chose to use the default Zoho footer, the wording may sound confusing to the campaign recipients. Specifically, the unsubscribe options are not clear if the button unsubscribes from all campaigns or just the current one that was received. With the recent update, you can now go in and update the “Unsubscribe” and the “Update Profile” links to be worded to whatever you choose. In the video, you can see that Wayne edits the wording to “Unsubscribe To All” and “Choose Which Topic To Unsubscribe To”. Clear wording will prevent recipients from accidentally unsubscribing from all campaigns.
Within the Settings in Zoho Campaigns, is the Topics section. Editing the topics pages is a crucial step. If you don’t, it will show up exactly as it shows in the preview with “Brand Name” showing instead of your actual brand name and logo. Take a look at all the settings within Campaigns to make customized edits for your company. There are some other key areas to update like the email consent pages, resubscription pages, and unsubscribe pages.
Don’t forget to go through and test the changes you made in campaigns by sending out a test email to make sure everything looks correct. This is where you will notice if there are any other edits you would like to make.
