Implementation of the Week

  • CRM to CRM Integration using GoogleSheet as middle-ware
    • Webforms write directly to GoogleSheet shared by two partner companies
    • Flow writes to both CRMs to create Lead in both locations
      • Then pulls the CRM ID of each Lead back into the spreadsheet
    • Changes to Lead Status in one CRM trigger changes in the other
    • Appointments (CRM Events) booked in one CRM created Events linked to the proper Lead in the other CRM

  • Let’s Bigin Again
    • Zoho’s New Minimalist CRM Bigin has quietly launched. 
    • Very clean interface.  It will be nice to see some of these UI enhancements make it over to Zoho CRM.
