  • Zoho Show: Zia AI Added
    • You can now generate and edit presentations using Zia AI inside Zoho Show, including image generation and slide summarization.
  • Zoho Bigin: Q2 2025 Updates
    • We covered most of these, but in case you missed it, Bigin adds QuickBooks integration, LeadChain support, subforms, and expanded phone options while keeping things lightweight.
  • Zoho WorkDrive: Zia Hubs
    • Create AI-powered hubs to organize documents and ask Zia questions based on the contents of those files.
  • Zoho Sign: Real-Time Document Commenting & Collaboration
    • Make live edits and receive comments after a document is sent, without needing to recall and resend.
  • Zoho Sprints: Q2 2025 Updates
    • You can now share work items, new Estimation Planner extensions, Xero Integration, and more, which were all added this past quarter.
  • Zoho CRM: Custom Views now deployable in Sandbox
    • The title says it all; however, this feature isn’t available yet for the US DC.
  • Zoho Backstage 3.0
    • Backstage 3.0 introduces built-in accessibility features, improved RSVP management, a faster event app, and a new certificate builder. Updates also include advanced ticketing, WhatsApp integration, on-site badge printing, and expanded global payment options.
  • Zoho Backstage: June 2025 Updates
    • And more Backstage updates, including cancellation approval and restrictions on ticket transfers.
  • Zoho FSM: WhatsApp Enhancements
    • A handful of missing features for FSM WhatsApp extension were added, including creating Requests, Estimates, and Work Orders from WhatsApp chats.
  • Zoho Payroll: July 2025
    • You can authorize Zoho Payroll to handle payroll tax filing and payments for previously missing states.
  • Zoho Desk: iOS v2.10.7
    • There is now an archived ticket mode filter for iOS.
  • Zoho Office Integrator: Edit PDFs
    • You can now open, edit, and collaborate on PDFs from within your web app.

  • Perform Timed Bulk Updates in Zoho CRM Using CVID and Custom Function
    • A clever workaround for running bulk updates via scheduled functions without hitting the timeout wall. The trick? Time-stamp the start, pad your loops, and check for time remaining before running the next batch. Nerd bonus: a genius leftPad().toList() trick to simulate a 100-item loop.
  • Retrieve the Custom Function Response in ZOHO CRM Kiosk
    • Club Z MVP Zsolt Simon figured out how to get kiosk buttons to wait for a custom function response by calling it through a query. It’s a game-changer for kiosk-driven processes, such as quoting, where feedback is crucial.
