- Zoho Sign: Zoho PDF Editor Enhancements
- You can now add watermarks, wet signatures, password protect your PDFs, export your PDFs as fillable PDFs, and there is now support for automatic fields.
- Zoho Sign: Introducing WhatsApp Integration
- Send signature requests now directly through WhatsApp and you can now make quick edits without having to switch to a word processor.
- Zoho Contracts: Introducing Import Contract API
- Migrating over from another platform? These new APIs should make this process smoother.
- Zoho Bigin: Workflows and Associated Products Enhancements
- Workflows can now trigger on specific field values (like “Deal Stage = Won”), support dynamic task descriptions, and assign owners based on who’s online. You can also tag scheduled actions, email lookup-based recipients, and choose fixed or percentage discounts in Associated Products. Bonus: assign team members per product for better accountability.
- Zoho Apptics: In-app Feedback 2.0
- Apptics now captures screen recordings, session data, and diagnostic info across web and mobile—giving you full context behind every user bug, frustration, or idea.
- Zoho Assist: (PSA) End of Support for Certain Windows Version
- Starting October 1, 2025, Zoho Assist will no longer support these versions of Windows:
- Windows 7
- Windows 8
- Windows 8.1
- Windows Server 2008 R2

- Zoho Sprints: Share Work Items Across Projects and Users
- You can now share work items with users outside the project and across multiple projects—perfect for cross-team tasks like HR, training, or approvals.
