Implementation of the Week

• CRM Automation to Notify Lead Owners upon Email Bounces
  • In this implementation, our client was looking for a way to notify the appropriate Salesperson (Lead Owner) if an email to one of their Leads were to bounce
  • This client has many automated outbound emails that go out through the prospecting process, so salespeople have trouble tracking the bounces manually
  • To configure this, we set up a workflow triggered on the “Emails” module. This workflow triggers specifically when an outbound email bounces upon delivery to the Lead
  • When a bounce is detected, a Deluge function triggers to create a CRM Task on that Lead, assigned to the Lead Owner, notifying them to reach out via phone and/or SMS to confirm Lead information
