The CRM Zen Show Episode 323 – Permission Impossible

Zoho News

Implementation of the Week

  • Custom Integration for Zoho CRM and Recruit
    • In this implementation, we’re working with a recruiting company that uses CRM and Recruit who is looking to map their full process between the two applications
    • First, we use the native integration to automatically create Job Openings in Recruit based on certain types of Won Deals in CRM
    • This connects those records nicely, and allows for a seamless hand-off from the sales team to the Recruiting team
    • Next, we built custom integration actions to continuously update the CRM Deal based on progress in the Job Opening
    • Lastly, we added and automation that writes Candidate data from Recruit to CRM upon successful hiring, so that the CRM has a full dataset about that recruiting engagement for the long term
