- Automated Delivery of Price Lists to Dealers and Distributors
- In this implementation, our client sells through various Dealers and Distributors that are organized into categories.
- Each category will be purchasing off of a different price list.
- These price lists are stored in CRM, with spreadsheet-based versions created in Workdrive for delivery to clients.
- In this implementation, we configured a custom button that, when pressed in a CRM Account record, determines the appropriate price list for that Account and links it to that record.
- Then, we send out the spreadsheet version directly to the primary Contact on that account, based on the applicable category.
