    • This missing feature, for the most part, made the module useless.  Big update for those that utilize the Vendor Module.  If you could do something in the Account Module, you can now do it in the Vendor Module.

  • Zoho Campaigns language preference for Android
    • Switch the default language instead of having to use the chosen language for the account.
• Analytics
  • Zoho Analytics December’23 Updates
    • A handful of updates including an integration with Typeform, email schedule management QOL enhancements, and you can now ask Alexa questions about Analytics.
• Sign
  • Zoho Sign can now detect fields from PDFs
    • It might not be perfect, but this will save a TON of time, even if you have to make some minor adjustments.

Implementation of the Week

• Zoho CRM+Books Integration for WooCommerce Subscriptions using WP-Webhooks & Zoho Flow
  • In this implementation, our goal was to integrate WooCommerce Subscriptions with Zoho CRM and Books to manage customer subscriptions via CRM, and account for revenue via Books
  • To accomplish this, we first installed WP-Webhooks on our clients website. This plug-in allows us to post webhooks easily based on any WC Subscriptions activity
  • Then, we set up endpoints in Zoho Flow to receive data based on any updates to a subscription, or the receipt of a payment for a subscription
  • We then use Zoho Flow to map this data to CRM to create/update Customers, Subscriptions, and Subscription Payments data
  • Lastly, the Flow then creates an Invoice in Zoho Books (with associated Payment) linked to the appropriate Customer for accounting purposes
