Implementation of the Week

  • Custom Zoho Inventory // Shopify Integration via Zoho Flow – “Unboxing” wholesale orders
    • In this use case, we were working with a client that ran two Shopify websites: One for B2C, and a wholesale site for B2B
    • While the default Inventory integration for Shopify works for the B2C side, the B2B website sells wholesale “case-based” SKUs that contain multiple units of the product
    • In Inventory, all Product Stock Levels are tracked on an individual basis, and stock is not maintained on a wholesale basis
    • Using a custom integration via Flow, and a reference data-set in Analytics (containing Wholesale SKU, Individual SKU, and Quantity per case)
    • This allows us to “replace” the wholesale items with individual items on the Zoho Inventory Sales Order
