• • Zoho has announced an artisan partner program that focuses only on your Canvas designs. 

• Zoho CRM Adds New Email Preferences

• • This will be rolling out slowly over the next few months, but there is a new email preference tab inside Zoho CRM along with some new mass update features for roles and permissions.

• Bigin Adds Cloud Services Feature

• • You can now attach files in Bigin directly from your favorite cloud service provider ie Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.

• Zoho Sprints Now Integrates With Zoho Analytics

• • You can now create custom reports in Zoho Sprints by integrating with Zoho Analytics.

• Zoho Meeting Adds End Meeting Redirect Feature

• • Send your attendees to the landing page of your choice when they close the meeting.

• New ZeptoMail Plugin For WordPress

• • If you are sending bulk emails from your site, this may be worth checking out for any WordPress users out there.

• Zoho Finance Plus (India Edition) Now Includes Zoho Payroll

• • For the rest of us SurePay is great.

• Zoho Recruit Browser Version Updates

• • Unless you have a special case on not updating your browser, this shouldn’t affect anyone.

• SalesIQ’s Mobilisten Now Supports Flutter

• • This cross-platform tool Flutter is now available for SalesIQ’s Mobilisten.

• Zoho Desk Android App Supports File Encryption

• • Cached files inside Zoho Desk’s private space will now be encrypted for android app users.

• Zoho Mail iOS App Adds Forward and Replied Indicators

• • You can now see the forward and replied indicators in the Zoho Mail iOS app.

• Zoho MarketPlace for Europe Q3 2021

• • Some big telephony integrations made it over to the European market this last quarter.

• Zoho Analytics October 2021 Updates

• • The Zoho Analytics team was very busy this month with a TON of great updates.

Implementation of the Week

• Prefilled CRM Forms via Client-Side Scripting

• • Custom modules are often built within the CRM for adding related data to a primary entry
  • For example, you may create multiple Quotes from one Deal record
  • CRM Deluge functions can pull down information from the parent record after saving, but not while actively creating the record
  • Client-side scripts are able to pull data immediately upon opening the new record creator
  • This allows us to pull, for example, relevant information for Quote creation from the Deal immediately, so that information can be referenced while creating the rest of the quote
