- Great improvements this month including queueing and feedback.

- Both Android and iOS apps now meet compliance with HIPAA.
- Zoho CRM Adds New Charts to Webform Analytics
- Nice improvements to old charts and the new additions are great.
- Zoho Projects Adds Action Bots for Microsoft Teams Users
- A nice addition for those collaborating using Microsoft Teams.
Implementation of the Week
- Calculating Accounting AND Physical Stock on Hand, Committed Stock, and Stock Available for Sale via Analytics
- Zoho Inventory calculates these values for you, but the reporting on many items at once with these values is limited
- The main place they can be viewed is within specific item pages
- Zoho Analytics SQL tables can be created to recreate the calculations that Inventory runs (based on Invoices/Bills for Accounting, Shipments/Receives for Physical)
- Then, these values can be includes in summary tables, filtered KPI widgets, and more, via Zoho Analytics dashboards

- A lightweight extension to reduce chrome’s memory footprint.
- Features Include:
- Whitelist specific URLs or domains that you do not want to suspend
- Optionally show a screen capture of tab before it was suspended
- Vastly improves performance when restarting chrome with a large number of open tabs
- Detects tabs playing audio and can prevent them from suspending
- Detects tabs that contain forms with user input and can prevent them from suspending
