Club Zenatta Turns Two: A Toast to Our Community and Members

As Club Zenatta celebrates its 2nd anniversary, we pause to appreciate our growth and the vibrant community we’ve nurtured. Starting as a modest gathering of Zoho enthusiasts, Club Z has blossomed into a dynamic hub for sharing knowledge, experiences, and support. Join us as we recount the pivotal moments and achievements that have shaped Club Zenatta into the thriving community it is today.

How It Began

Initially, we had the idea to create our own Zoho forum. The vision for our Zoho forum led us through a rigorous search for the perfect WordPress plugin, eventually discovering BuddyBoss. Despite the effort to tailor BuddyBoss to our needs, the platform didn’t fully meet our expectations. Although it facilitated general discussion and code sharing among nearly 600 members, the user experience and social interaction fell short.

Then, a miracle happened, Brett stumbled upon circle.so.

The Rebirth of Club Z

In January of 2023, Brett was invited to a wine forum that was built on circle.so. This platform offered the seamless interaction and features we had long sought. Motivated by this revelation, we swiftly transitioned from BuddyBoss to Circle, laying the foundation for the Club Zenatta we had envisioned.

Though we lost about half of our existing community during this transition, the new platform exploded. We finally had a place where we could share more then just general discussion and code. With the new platform we could add events, video tutorials, Zoho news, and more.

And the feedback was nothing but positive.

A quick question is Club Zenatta forums built on a Zoho App or something else – it’s a really nice user experience…and one I think we could put to use in an upcoming project.

AZAAZ

The revitalized Club Zenatta witnessed a significant increase in weekly inquiries, leading to the creation of AZAAZ (Ask Zenatta Anything About Zoho). This initiative offered a dedicated space for members to pose questions, which were then addressed our YouTube channel, enhancing community engagement and providing a direct line of support and information.

Milestones and Growth

The past year has marked a period of remarkable growth for Club Zenatta, showcasing significant increases in membership, discussions, and overall engagement. As the community has grown to almost 1,500 members with over 1,300 posts and more than 100 events in the past year, it’s not only those seeking help who’ve contributed but also a growing number of Zoho experts eager to assist others. This collaborative spirit has been a key factor in the thriving success of the community, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has played a part in this journey.

Our Promise

As we look to the future, we aim to further enhance the forum, encouraging more participation and introducing new initiatives. Hopefully, we will also be bringing our training courses to Club Zenatta later this year as well.

Here’s to more years of connection, growth, and shared success. Thank you for being an essential part of Club Zenatta’s journey.
