I believe it is a good fit but some areas I was missing seem to be showing up in FSM: scheduling of technicians in the field and integration of products/inventory from Books. Then we have to service these clients for years after and upgrade their systems as time goes on and FSM and/or Desk might be better. Trying to understand where Projects should be utilized, now FSM, and even Desk. Wondering your perspective on how these three pieces fit and don’t fit together?
