It seems like Flow actually uses “email” to find unique records, but “email” is not a required field. Should we always use both “last name” and “email” to be certain that it will update correctly if two contacts have the same “last name”?

(19:25) We have accessible image URLs field data, but I don’t see a way to build Canvas designs in CRM that allow you to add an image using these source URLs. There’s an Image element, but it seems to only allow a static URL at design. If it’s not available, is there a recommendation to generate this in Canvas designs or build a custom field in the records to show the image (i.e., to make it available as an element in canvas)?
