? 1. (1:42) I have a question on setting up Goals/Target. Is there any way we can add absolute values for goals/targets? Currently, from employee’s profile, it shows the weightage as a percentage. All I need is to remove a percentage sign from the ‘Goals/Targets’ tab.  Any custom function or any workaround is there to achieve this requirement? (Adding a custom field, would not display the numbers at the Goals/Target tab)

? 2. (3:15) Does anyone know HOW to get the Zoho CRM Gmail Extension to work in Brave Browser??? It works in Chrome, but not Brave? I think it may be because you have to sign into your Google Account, but on a previous CRM Zen show Tyler and Brett said it worked in Brave?

? 3. (4:33) I watched the Zoho Flow Full Product overview-great job Oscar and Felix- oops got mixed up there Greg and Jordan. (at least the Pigeon sisters aren’t involved). I’ve been able to develop about 10 flows that have been working great, but having some trouble getting the big picture on how to develop this type of flow. I have a ZCreator app being used as a Point of Sale app. The Invoice includes a subform where line items are created for what’s being sold for the customer purchasing. There is also a Payments subform to accept payment for the invoice. For the last year we daily export these line items and payments as separate spreadsheets and import them into Zoho Books to bring these sales over. It’s been working fine but kind of tedious. I’m trying to look at Zoho flow in how to do this in real time but the big issue for me is how would these subforms be accommodated to bring in the multiple “records” in the One to Many relationship between Invoice and Line Items

? 4. (7:56) I have been playing with Zoho products for the last 6 months as the company I work for prepares to move from their (disjointed) platforms and data matrices.  I am trying to integrate 2 forms into our WordPress website that I built in Zoho Forms that both need to deposit information into Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM through Zoho Flow.  One of the pieces of information that needs to be transferred is a date.  I can get the date into Creator but I can’t seem to get the date from Forms to flow into CRM.  I know there are basically 2 ways to troubleshoot this (the custom function and the new format date option built into Flow) and I have tried multiple options using these 2 methods to no avail.  The form in Forms is set to be formatted as MM/dd/yyyy and the CRM is formatted as MM/DD/YYYY.  Any help on a direction to try would be great!  Thank you!

? 5. (10:28) We are wondering how we can track the traffic data of the Career Site. (Where our visitors come from.) On our other platforms we use an HTML code, but on Career Site we cannot put it in anywhere. Thanks for any suggestions!

? 6. (11:57) Thank you for answering my question in depth! Really appreciate it. I have a comment and a follow up question. I also find one more downside, if i record as payment received, it will only record it as cash which I think won’t match the bank feed (through zoho books) My question, do you have a system on zoho books to match the bank feed (shopify payouts) with multiple shopify orders (noting that those payouts refer to multiple sales orders that were fetched through zoho inventory)? I’m guessing this can’t be automated ?

? 7. (15:14) Hi! Is there a way to just integrate the products in quickbooks to zoho. Been trying to figure it out but I am having a hard time. What I was trying to do is I want zoho to get the products that we have in quickbooks so that whenever I try to create quotes we’ll just have to look up the list that was synced in the software. Will that be possible? We are currently using chargezoom to create invoices and we can easily just easily choose the products that we need to add to the invoice because it syncs with quickbooks and whenever we had to add products to quickbooks it also syncs to chargezoom right away.

? 8. (17:54) Hi Landon. Thank you for the video.  If you edit / change the data in a cell on the sheet view, does the change in the sheet view change the same data in the CRM?

? 9. (21:24) I know you guys don’t like bookings and this may be one reason why. I have set up a Booking and have a 2 hour Buffer in the Consultation Information section. In my diary, it books out the meeting and includes the buffer time. In this example, the booking is at 9am and the booking shows up in my calendar as 9-12. I’ve tested this on myself and I get the booking confirmation 9-10 and also a separate booking for the meeting and buffer (in my test diary) Do you know of any reason for this? The second issue is I assumed the buffer time was before the meeting, not after. or possibly both sides. The use case is these are external meetings and I need to not make bookings straight after another meeting. Any thoughts other than going back to You Can Book Me? As always I really appreciate the support.

? 10. (24:40) It seems like there are some accounts that qb allows you to make manual entries for, that zoho books does not allow you to make manual entries for (like inventory asset account). So during historical migration these accounts won’t transfer even though they are in the chart of accounts. Anyone else have this problem?

? 11. (26:34) We are a resource outsourcing enterprise. We let our employees work on behalf of our clients and we charge the cost to the company to our clients. How to create invoices when we charge invoices based on the number of hours our employees worked and other related expenses on the project and charge the same to our client

? 12. (28:01) Is it possible to have different columns on each milestone for the same project?. The problem we are having is that some milestones require only numeric fields, other milestones text/comments and other milestones require a checkbox or date. We don’t want to have all columns in all milestones. Thank you!

? 13. (29:33) Thank you, this video was really insightful! I want to create a custom sync for the Checklists tab in the Deal module. Would I follow a similar approach as you did in this video? I want to create a view in Analytics to show which items in the checklists are completed and not completed. Thanks ?
