? 1. (0:48) I’m trying to work out a way that I can integrate QBO into my Zoho Behemoth (currently CRM, Projects, and Desk) while still bringing in my Avalara subscription that’s native to QBO. I’m not sure why, but we can pay say $10 for Avalara into QBO, but if we want Avalara to integrate into other apps, we need to pay say $1000 for the level that generates the license key. I’ve tried everything: 2 different marketplace extensions, Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, a little bit of Zapier, maybe Zoho Flow, but nothing seems to work to sync Avalara-generated taxes on invoices. I effectively want to skirt Avalara’s high prices by bringing it in the QBO side door. Today I stumbled upon Zoho Inventory, and it seems promising: integrates directly with QBO, integrates directly with Avalara (looks like I would still need the license key here), and could even replace my subscription to Shipstation (which I haven’t even tried to integrate into the Behemoth yet!). But my question is, would Avalara-generated taxes (that would exist in QBO if I made the invoice there) be ported into Inventory and CRM if I just link to QBO? Or is it essential that I also directly link to Avalara such that those taxes transfer over too. Is anyone familiar with this space and could advise?

(5:24) The big issue I am having is Zoho Checkout not showing the product or service description? so while I get the invoice being delivered it doesn’t show me what the customer actually paid for. Have you done anything on showing how to create a deal based on online payments and auto-place your product/service in the deal stage?
? 3. (9:59) I’ve been considering utilizing the custom domains options for WorkDrive and Forms, but I have quite a few URLs referenced in both apps. I have a concern that if I change to a custom domain, it will break those links. Does anyone know if the links will be automatically relayed/forwarded to my new custom domain, or would I have to recreate all new links and references?
? 4. (11:50) For some customers we want to make sure whenever they send an e-mail it creates a ticket in Zoho Desk. So I created a filter in Zoho Mail so that all emails from those clients are forwarded to Desk and then moved to a folder in Zoho Mail. Those mails are taken care of in Desk so the folder in Zoho Mail is making sure, the mails are not answered in Desk and Mail in parallel. Now I want to have such a filter for all users (not every user should manage the filter themselves as the clients in that filter change). I want to prevent having to export the filter and share them with the users each time an account is added. How can I create a filter that all Zoho Mail users can use?

I’ve been exploring its functionality, and I’m wondering if there is a way to allow subscribers to select and subscribe to multiple topics using this feature. Ideally, I would like my subscribers to have the option to choose from various topics of interest during the signup process, so they receive relevant content based on their preferences. If anyone knows how to accomplish this, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. Any insights, tips, or instructions on how to enable multiple topic selection within the Signup Compact would be incredibly helpful.

? 8. (28:27) I’m really struggling with this one. How do I get inbound organisational emails (ie Hello@) to be received in CRM if we are on Zoho One? I’m a Zoho One user, and currently in order to get group / organisational emails (ie Hello@ & Support@) I’ve set these up as Alias’s to my main email address. Now I want the emails received to Hello@ to be received in CRM so we can trigger some Workflow automations on reply received and generally see what customers have replied in context within CRM. Currenlty to sync alias emails I need to IMAP link my whole inbox. But being the business owner theres a whole bunch of emails I dont want showing in the CRM. Zoho is telling me the only way to seperate a Hello@ email in CRM is to purchase a full Zoho One subscription for an entire User. But this seems overkill for an email that is nothing more than a shared inbox we will manage in Desk and CRM. (FYI we have full users for all employees already) Please help?
