Our 10 Favorite AI Software Tools 2025

Whether you’re a sales rep, developer, marketer, or in a leadership role, AI is making everyday work faster, smarter, and easier. At Zenatta, we’ve explored a wide range of AI software tools in 2025 and narrowed it down to the ones that have made the biggest impact on our team.

1. Zia by Zoho

Embedded across the Zoho suite, Zia offers AI-powered predictions, anomaly detection, email sentiment analysis, and automation. This makes it a valuable tool for all roles utilizing the Zoho ecosystem. While it’s not perfect yet, it’s showing great promise—especially with newer features like smart prompts and module creation.

When Zia Agents are released, Zia LLM will be a game changer.

2. ChatGPT by OpenAI

ChatGPT has proven especially useful for our sales and marketing teams. By building custom GPTs that pull from our internal database of resources, we’ve been able to streamline tasks, improve accuracy, and speed up content creation. It’s not something we rely on for everything, but it’s become a valuable assistant when used intentionally.

Want to use ChatGPT inside of Zoho Cliq? Check out the video below to learn how to do just that.

3. ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is an incredibly versatile text-to-speech tool that allows you to convert written content into high-quality audio. It’s great for making content more accessible, especially for those who are visually impaired or prefer audio-based learning. You can also train it on your own voice to fix recording mishaps or maintain consistency across audio projects. On top of that, it offers multilingual capabilities—making it easy to translate and narrate content in other languages.

4. Lovable.dev

While our developers don’t use it, Lovable.dev has become a go-to tool for our marketing team. Its ability to generate structured HTML and handle complex PHP scripting makes it incredibly useful—not just for landing pages or email templates, but even for full-scale web edits and building custom widget-based web apps. It’s a surprisingly powerful assistant for non-developers tackling serious web work.

5. Sora by OpenAI

Sora is OpenAI’s powerful text-to-video model that can generate cinematic, realistic videos from a simple text prompt. As of December 2024, it’s available to ChatGPT Plus and Pro users. We’ve started using it internally, and it’s already proving to be a major asset for marketing and creative concepting. If you’re looking to bring video ideas to life without a production team, this tool is worth exploring.

6. Fathom

Fathom is an AI-powered meeting assistant for Zoom that automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes calls. We’ve tried several tools in this space, including Fireflies, but Fathom consistently stands out for its accuracy and ease of use. It’s become a go-to for client meetings, internal check-ins, and onboarding sessions—making it easy to stay focused in the moment while having detailed notes ready as soon as the call ends.

7. DALL·E (via GPT-4o)

Integrated directly into ChatGPT, DALL·E lets you generate, edit, and now even analyze images using simple text prompts. One of its most impressive features is the ability to interpret an uploaded image and either transform it or turn it into usable HTML/CSS code—making it incredibly practical for developers and designers alike. Whether you’re creating mockups, updating graphics, or converting visuals into editable assets, DALL·E is more than just an art generator. We even used it in this blog to build a clean email signature from scratch.

8. Gemini for Gmail

Gemini is Google’s built-in AI assistant for Gmail that helps you draft, summarize, and polish emails without ever leaving your inbox. While we still prefer ChatGPT for more advanced writing tasks, Gemini is surprisingly effective—especially when you’re in a rush or working directly inside Gmail. It doesn’t get as much recognition, but it does an exceptional job helping you write with clarity and confidence, all within your existing workflow.

9. Midjourney

Midjourney continues to wow with its artistic, surreal visuals. While we find DALL·E more practical for accurate imagery and text rendering, Midjourney is still unmatched when it comes to creating dreamy backgrounds, stylized concepts, and abstract visuals. It’s the creative playground every marketer or designer should explore.

10. Suno

Not everyone has a talented musician on their team who can create beats on the fly. That is where Suno comes in. It lets you generate complete, studio-quality songs from a prompt—lyrics, vocals, and all. Want royalty-free music that’s yours to use commercially? This is the way. It’s one of the easiest and most affordable ways to create original soundtracks for podcasts, YouTube, or ads without licensing headaches.
