- The script reads the “Open Activities” related list in the Deal, consolidates Task Due Date, Event Date, and Call Start Time (for scheduled Calls) into one list.
- The script identifies the soonest upcoming date and writes this “Next Activity Date” into the field in the Deal.
- The field can be used in Deals list view to sort Deals by soonest Next Activity.
