After years of building PHP/Laravel applications, managing complex data workflows, and administering Zoho CRM for a fast-paced B2B environment, he developed a deep understanding of how process design and automation drive real operational efficiency. He now applies that experience to help organizations streamline their systems, improve cross-department visibility, and get more value from the Zoho platform.
