The Challenge

- CRM Customization: Zenatta enhanced CRM modules and lead management workflows to better align with Franklin’s apprenticeship programs, ensuring accurate data tracking from inquiry to placement.
- Campaigns Automation: Existing email sequences were rebuilt with clean logic and performance tracking. Zenatta configured Campaigns workflows to:
- Automatically update Lead status based on engagement.
- Trigger tasks for follow-ups when leads opened key emails multiple times.
- Update CRM Lead records to “Dead” for hard bounces or unsubscribes—ensuring data hygiene and accurate reporting.
- Recruit & Flow Integration: In Zoho Recruit, Zenatta developed workflows to synchronize candidate application status using Zoho Flow. When a candidate’s stage changed, their status and related job application fields were automatically updated, saving recruiters hours of manual work weekly.
- Forms Integration: Franklin’s enrollment forms were rebuilt in Zoho Forms and linked directly to Recruit, converting form submissions into structured candidate data. Custom fields and logic ensured perfect alignment between form entries and Recruit record fields.
- Empowerment & Training: Zenatta not only implemented solutions but also trained Franklin’s internal team—helping them gain independence in maintaining workflows, troubleshooting, and creating new automations in the future.
