To improve reporting accuracy and streamline project management, Doorwayz partnered with Zenatta to optimize its Zoho One environment. The Challenge

  • Email & Task Automations: Email notifications keep the right team members informed at critical points, while custom “easy buttons” in CRM allow staff to create tasks instantly with less friction.
  • Call Management Enhancements: Zenatta implemented call-based automations that create follow-up calls based on call outcomes, helping Doorwayz maintain more consistent client communication without depending on manual scheduling.
  • Project Handoff Automations: When deals reach Closed Won, the system automatically creates a new Zoho Project and passes along relevant deal details. Each project is linked back to the original deal and account for full visibility.
  • WorkDrive Integration: A custom WorkDrive folder structure tied to deals ensures every new deal generates a consistent set of folders, making files easier to store, find, and manage.
  • Training & Video Recaps: Zenatta supported the technical work with hands-on training and detailed video recaps, giving Doorwayz both the implementation itself and a clear reference for how changes were made.
