Through our firsthand use, we’ve found it excels for companies who want a simple way to host sessions for up to 3,000 attendees without hefty setup requirements. The attendee experience is clean and mobile-friendly, and interactive features like polls, Q&A, and chat keep sessions dynamic. However, if high-quality recording or multi-channel streaming is essential to your process, Zoho Webinar may feel a bit limited compared to full-fledged event platforms.
Why we rate it "Probably"
We rate Zoho Webinar as a "Probably" for most users. The tool delivers where it counts: easy live event management, robust audience engagement, and a generous attendee cap even on higher-tier plans. Setup is refreshingly fast, and you can be up and running without needing extensive technical know-how.
However, we didn’t give it a “Definitely” rating because of two main factors. First, the recording and post-event playback quality can be inconsistent, which is a major consideration for teams that rely heavily on post-webinar content. Second, although it technically supports livestreaming, the functionality is basic compared to more established streaming platforms. For teams needing polished, high-production webinars or flawless multi-platform streaming, Zoho Webinar may not meet all demands. But for straightforward, effective webinars inside the Zoho ecosystem, it’s a great fit.
