Implementation of the Week
- Automated Messaging to a Dialpad Channel via Zoho CRM
- In this implementation, our goal was to send a notification of Deal Closure to a Dialpad channel automatically via CRM
- First, we defined the criteria required for the workflow to trigger, based on Deals Closed over a given Revenue Amount
- Then, we configured a Deluge function that pulls data from the Deal (and related Account) to compose the message
- Next, we defined the Dialpad Channel, and From Number that the message should be sent from
- Lastly, we configured a webhook using the above information that automatically sends a notification message to a group Dialpad channel when a Deal satisfying our criteria is won
