Implementation of the Week
- Zoho CRM Deal-stage Integration for Zoho Bookings
- In this implementation, we’re working with a client with a relatively simple booking configuration that is well-managed by Zoho Bookings
- These bookings occur as part of their pipeline sales process, and so our goal here was to connect the specific types of meetings that are books with the CRM Deal to keep the Deal stage accurate without manual intervention
- To accomplish this, we first set up a few different Service types in Bookings that correspond to meetings that occur at different points in the pipeline
- Then, we configured a custom function within Bookings that, upon a new booking occurring, we check the CRM for open Deals against the Contact who booked the session
- When a Deal is found, we update the Deal stage accordingly based on the type of Service booked
