- Zoho CRM: Custom Rollup Summary Fields
- A while back, Zoho introduced Rollup Summary Fields, which aggregate data points from a list into a parent record. With the new update, you can now choose a predefined rollup or create a custom rollup, offering much greater flexibility than before.
- Zoho CRM: Free User Licenses Expanded for All Portal User Types
- This update is a double-edged sword. While the 9,000 free contact portals are gone, you now get free access for up to 1,000 leads, vendors, and custom modules. If you need the old model, contact Zoho—they might be able to assist.
- Zoho CRM: Custom Modules now Available for Standard & Professional
- Thank you, Zoho, for extending this feature across the other editions.
- Zoho CRM for Everyone Phased Rollouts
- Admins will be able to decide who in the organization gets this UI update. Additionally, users will have the option to revert to the old UI if needed.

- If you have a Google email connected to TeamInbox, you’ll need to reconnect it to maintain functionality.

- This feature ensures that Interview #2 is not influenced by the results of Interview #1. If you prefer not to use this feature, you can leave the evaluations public.

- The title says it all—you can now share the Hiring Pipeline with vendors.
- Zoho Desk: Unveils Zia GenAI
- Zia GenAI leverages ticket responses, comments, your knowledge base, and database resolutions to assist with ticket handling. Currently in early access; fill out this form to request access.
- Zoho Inventory: Batch Tracking Entries
- Several updates have been made to batch tracking. You can now restock directly through bills, and quantities can be updated when sold items are returned.
