• Zoho Social: December 2024 Updates
  • Zoho Social now supports Bluesky.
• Zoho CRM: Invite Portal Users via Mobile Number
  • Nice feature addition for the portal. However, it isn’t out yet for all data centers.
• Zoho CRM: Combine Related Groupings into Categories
  • This new grouping feature for reporting has many use cases. It is configured directly within the reports, simplifying the process and eliminating the need for Zoho Analytics in some cases.
• Zoho Forms: New AI Forms
  • Remember the more context you give the form, the better the AI results generally speaking will be.
• Zoho Bookings: DKIM Configuration Mandatory
  • If you haven’t added your SPF/DKIM records yet, more and more products are making this a mandatory requirement.
