    • A handful of good additions this month, including one-time invoices on subscription plans with add-ons, unique custom numbers for German users, creation of subscriptions directly from quotes, and the addition of Apple Pay support via Stripe

    • Recruit’s Interview Kit now has a newly enhanced Quick View feature.

  • Zoho Creator February’24 Updates
    • Nothing major, but you now have a systems integration page, keyboard command options, and XLS is being depreciated. 
  • Zoho Backstage January’24 Updates
    • A few minor enhancements and limit increases this past month.
  • Zoho Meeting February’24 Updates
    • We thought this happened a while ago, but you now have personal meeting rooms and an annotator extension.
  • SalesIQ now supports Hebrew RTL
    • And wrapping up the news, SalesIQ now supports Hebrew right to left.

Implementation of the Week

• Zoho Creator Payment Form Integration with Authorize.net
  • In this implementation, our goal was to provide our client with an easy way to take credit card payments over the phone using their existing Authorize.net account, integrated into their Creator workflow
  • First, we created a form in Creator that the client can use to initiate the process, capturing the customer info and information about the specific purchase being made
  • Upon confirmation of the data in this form, Creator generates a unique payment URL in Authorize.net and opens this URL in a new tab for the user
  • This payment URL is also stored within the original Creator form, allowing us to connect the two forms
  • The newly opened Authorize.net page allows the user to enter the credit card information securely and run the transaction
  • Upon completion of the transaction, Authorize.net sends a webhook notifying Zoho, and we parse the data to update the original Creator form accordingly

Code Share of the Week

• Zoho Sign Embedded Signing Link
  • Sometimes after creating a Zoho Sign Document, you may need to generate an embedded link to Sign the new document in person or on behalf of a recipient. While there is an action type for an “In-person signer”, in order to use the generated signing link, a user needs to be logged in to Zoho Sign. There is a second option, that will generate a one-time use link that will take you directly to the signing page for a document without needing to be logged in. It is essentially the same link that a recipient would receive in the automated Sign email, generated through an API Call.
